The DAO Code of Conduct promotes a harmonious and productive community by emphasizing respect, openness, collaboration, innovation, and fairness, while clearly delineating unacceptable behaviors.

Our Commitment
In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our DAO and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
Standards of Behavior
Respect
Treat all members with respect and dignity.
Engage in constructive and respectful discussions. Avoid personal attacks, insults, or derogatory language.
Acknowledge that we all have differing perspectives, which are critical to a diverse and dynamic community.
Act with the best interests of the DAO and its broader community in mind.
Openness
Welcome newcomers and encourage diverse voices and contributions.
Approach every discussion and challenge with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
Collaboration
Seek out opportunities to build and create together, recognizing each member's contributions.
Offer help to fellow members and ask for help when needed—collaboration is central to our success.
Innovation
Encourage members to explore new ideas and appreciate creative thinking.
Innovate responsibly, with consideration for the privacy and security of others' data and the impact on the broader ecosystem.
Fairness
Judge members by their actions and contributions, not personal criteria.
Respect the inherent value of everyone's work and time.
Unacceptable Behavior
Harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct.
Harassment includes but is not limited to harmful verbal or written comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption of discussions, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcomed attention.
Inappropriate use of sexual or violent imagery, activities, or other offensive content.
Reporting and Enforcement
Moderators are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior.
Members who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to temporary or permanent bans from governance activities, at the discretion of moderators.

We hold the right to amend or change this Code of Conduct at any time to ensure it continues to align with the core values and goals of our DAO.
