# Base-Mainnet Alpha Rewards

$AMBER points emissions on Base are as follows:

### The Swap Pools

The swap pools were launched on Nov-13-2024 15:00 UTC (1731510000). 

Caps and rewards for the pools are currently as follows:

**Update 6:** Effective May-1-2025 12:00 PM UTC  WETH and cbBTC LP staking reward emission are set to 14,000.&#x20;

**Update 5:** Effective Jan-17-2025 12:00 UTC(1737104400), the **DEGEN** pool has been deprecated, and its point emissions ended.&#x20;

**Update 4:** Effective Dec-20-2024 12:00 UTC(1734696000), the pool cap of **WETH** and **cbBTC** are updated as **75** and **2.5**, respectively. Both of the pools emit **18,000 $AMBER** daily.&#x20;

**Update 3:** Effective Dec-13-2024 13:00 UTC(1734094800), the pool cap of **cbBTC** is updated to 2 without any changes to the point emission.&#x20;

**Update 2:** The **DEGEN** pool was added on Nov-28-2024 at 11:00:00 AM UTC. The pool emits &#x32;**,000 $AMBER** points daily. \

**Update 1: WETH and cbBTC pool caps are increased to 42 and 1.5, respectively, on Nov-25-2024 00:15:00 PM UTC (1732536900).** Both pools emit **14,000 $AMBER** points daily&#x20;

### The Backstop Pool

The BSP was launched on Nov-13-2024 03:00:00 PM UTC (1731510000).&#x20;

The reward scheme for the Backstop pool is currently set as follows:

**Update 2:** Effective Dec-13-2024 13:00 UTC(1734094800), the pool cap of the BSP on Base is updated to 20,000, and the daily point emission to 5,000.&#x20;

**Update 1**: The Backstop pool cap is increased to 20,000 on Nov-25-2024 00:15:00 PM UTC (1732536900). The BSP emits 7,000 points daily.
