# Arbitrum-Mainnet Alpha Rewards

During the Mainnet Alpha, the $AMBER reward allocation is as follows. Please note that LPs need to stake their LP token in order to earn $AMBER

### The Swap Pools

The swap pools were launched on Aug-13-2024 10:00:00 PM UTC (1723586400). 

Caps and rewards for the pools are **currently** as follows:

**Update 7:** Effective June-5-2025 00:00 UTC ARB pool LP staking emission has been stopped, and the pool  became inactive.

**Update 6:** Effective May-1-2025 12:00 PM UTC WETH, WBTC, and ARB LP staking rewards are set to 14,000, 14,000, and 2,500 $AMBER2, respectively.&#x20;

**Update 5:** Effective Dec-13-2024 01:00 PM UTC (1734094800), USDC, WETH, WBTC, and ARB pool caps are updated as 30k, 75, 2.5, and 60k, respectively. There are no changes in point emissions.&#x20;

**Update 4:** Effective Nov-20-2024 09:30 AM UTC (1732095000), the **WETH** pool cap is **50**, the **USDC** pool cap is **20,000**, and the **WBTC** pool cap is **1.5**. \
**USDC** pool point emission is not changed. **WBTC** and **WETH** pools daily $AMBER emission are 15,000.&#x20;

**Update 3**: Effective Oct-31-2024 12:30 PM UTC, the USDC pool cap will be increased to 15,000, WETH to 25, WBTC to 0.69, and ARB to 50,000. There are no changes in point emission.&#x20;

**Update 2:** Effective Sep-11-2024 00:00:00 AM UTC (1726012800), the **USDT** pool has been deprecated, and its $AMBER emission has stopped. Also, the USDC pool cap has dropped to 12,500, and the daily point emission has dropped to **2500 $AMBER**.

**Update 1:** Effective Aug-23-2024 11:09:10 AM UTC (1724411350), the **WETH** pool cap increased to **20 WETH**, and the daily **$AMBER** emission increased to **12,000** points. <br>

&#x20;Launch day point emissions were defined as follows:

### The Backstop Pool

The BSP was launched on Aug-09-2024 at 08:00:00 AM UTC (1723190400).&#x20;

The reward scheme for the Backstop pool is currently set as follows:

**Update 1:** Effective Dec-13-2024 13:00 UTC (1734094800), the pool cap of the BSP on Arbitrum is updated to 100k, and the daily point emission to 15k.&#x20;

The table below shows the cap and $AMBER emission of the BSP on the launch day.&#x20;
