Trading Fees and LP Incentives

Nabla charges a certain percentage for each swap as a trading fee, which is deducted during a trade in the trade-out asset. A certain share p of these trading fees will not be allocated to the LPs or $NABLA stakers, but used to grow the POL. p is initially set to 0.
